Winemaking: The grapes are harvested from small vineyards of 2 hectares planted on clay chalky soils, with yields limited to 58 hectoliters per hectare. The fermentation and aging is carried out in stainless steel tank, and the bottling takes place 10 months after harvest.
Tasting notes: A precise white with well-defined and persistent flavors of apple, melon, and flint. On the palate its lean, balanced towards the acidity, and shows a long, refreshing mineral finish.
Pairing: Most enjoyable with seafood like shrimps and baked crab. Also an excellent match for salmon dishes.
Alcohol content: 13%
