Winemaking: The wine is fermented in stainless steel vessels at 12°C to 14°C and followed by stirring the fine, fruity lees in the tank for some weeks. A singular soil where the radiant mountain sun bathes the vineyards, like the crystalline water of the thaw that comes down, not from the sky, but from the imposing snowy Andes.
Tasting notes: The citrus notes of melon and pineapple in this Chardonnay weave a pleasant and happy melody. It is clear and fresh, with a slight honeysuckle touch on the nose. Grown on the high ground at our estate in Gualtallary (elevation: 1,310 m), it has a delicious acidity and a silky finish.
Pairing: This wine may be perfectly tasted with steak, roast lamb, as well as with dry cheeses.
