In the hills of soave the vine-grower, gino magnabosco, together with his family, carry on this very passion that traditions have handed down. Intense scent, dry taste and fresh are characteristics of monte tondo's wines that are difficult to forget. Tasting: Deep ruby. Intense aromas of dark cherry and plum are complicated by cocoa and coffee. Enters rich and fruity, then more floral, finishing long with a refined but very dence tactile feeling.
Vineyards: The wine is aged in a 30 HL barrel, made of slavonia wood, for 60 months after bottling, It remains refining for atleast 6 months before being released for consumption.
Pairing: It goes beautifully with robust dishes such as deven or roasted meat and very aged cheeses.
