Winemaking: Sourced from the Wairau Valley with some fruit from the Awatere Valley. This Pinot Noir went through 100% stainless steel fermentation and was hand plunged in tandem with delestage.
Tasting notes: An attractive, fresh and stylish Pinot Noir dominiant rose, full of cherry flavours and granite notes. Cranberry, watermelon and sea breeze aromas mingle on the nose. Elegant and well balanced, this wine shows undertones of tamarillo, honey dew melon, oystershell and subtle liquorish notes. The finish is clean and dry with a lick of salt.
Pairing: Great as an aperitif or enjoy with seafood especially shellfish.
