Since then, he has conquered the world with his sublime Bordeaux wines, especially from the Entre-Deux-Mers region.
Tasting notes: Classified as "Outstanding" by Robert Parker, this excellent white from Château Tour de Mirambeau is a great alternative to the appellation's most celebrated whites. Rich and complex, with sophisticated and fresh citrus notes.
Pairing: This wine may be perfectly tasted with steak, roast lamb, as well as with dry cheeses.
