Located in Almahue, re-birth place of the Carménère grape, the estate produces wines of elegance and character with a terroir focus and minimal intervention through low sulfites and indigenous yeast.
Tasting notes: A clean and brilliant deep purple colour. Intense aromas of blackberry, ripe bluberry and a slight hint of violet. On the palate the tannins give a silky texture accompanied by a balanced acidity, creating a long and unctuous black fruit finish.
Pairing: An ideal companion for pasta dishes with truffles and dry mushrooms.
