Tasting Notes: Golden yellow in colour with fine and regular bubbles. A complex and aromatic bouquet of ripe fruit like peach and apricot and exeptionally fresh. Subtle buttery brioche notes add well balanced finesse. Fresh and powerful on the palate with an appealing round and elegant volume in the mouth. Perfectly balanced acidity gives this wine good length.

Pairing: Ideal on its own as an aperitiff or with dessets. Serve at 8 degree C.
