Pairing: Confit shoulder of lamb, duck breast, braised prime rib.
Description: Harvest completely destemmed. Traditional vinification with 30-day vatting. Perfect control of temperatures. Aging in French oak barrels for 12 months then in vats for 6 to 9 months before bottling.
