Grape Variety: 90% Tempranillo 10% Cabernet sauvignon

Tasting Note: In this phase, clean and intense aromas of ripe fruit (cherry, currant and blackcurrant) stand out, with smoky and spicy nuances, provided by its aging in oak. Fresh and balanced, silky and powerful, with very polished tannins and a long finish full of flavors and aromatic sensations.

Pairing: An excellent wine as an accompaniment to roasts and all kinds of main dishes based on red meat, as well as wild game and stews.

The harvest is carried out completely manually , with a meticulous selection on the ground of the best berries and bunches. Aging for 14 months.
