Description: An authentic ‘farm’ Albariño. The vineyards were planted in 2002 after two years of uniting more than 200 small farms, plot by plot, and more than 70 different owners; a clear reflection of the Galician “smallholding” economy. 3 to 4 months in lees aging.

As a reference of the property structure in Galicia, the current farm was made up of more than 300 small plots bought from more than 70 different owners, a clear reflection of the Galician emigrant tradition. This purchase process lasted two years and in 2004 the vineyard began to be planted with the Albariño variety.choosing a new system in said year for conducting the vineyard "la espaldera". The choice of this system was chosen due to the characteristics of the soil and climate of our area "El Condado do Tea" where the distance from the sea (approx. 60 km) allows us to avoid Atlantic mists and achieve greater natural ventilation in the vineyard and bunch and a greater sun exposure that will give us less acidity in our wines and a greater fruit characteristic.

As a result, Veiga da Princesa is a fresh Albariño , with a good balance between alcohol content, acidity and great volume on the palate with marked notes of stone fruit typical of great Albariños.

The harvest is carried out manually in small boxes of 15 kg capacity and they are immediately transferred to the winery in refrigerated transport where a manual selection of the grapes will be carried out, a process prior to its pressing and subsequent fermentation in stainless steel tanks with temperature control, then the fine lees are removed at the end of fermentation for a period of approximately five months, at which time they are bottled.

Tasting notes: Great varietal character with marked floral notes plus stand out herbaceous and fruity aromas, a fresh, tasty, balanced crispness with an elegant aftertaste enhanced by a hint of citrus.

Pairing: Asian-style seafood dishes like oysters, scallops, crab, clams, lobster, prawns or any shellfish with zingy flavors or citrus or garlic marinade or dressing.
