Winemaking: The grapes are picked by hand from vineyards which are over 50 years old. The skins and must are chilled. Oak barrels are used for the fermentation which is carried out at a controlled temperature.
Tasting notes: Bright, intense straw yellow.
Aroma’s Intense and complex. Citris and tropical sensation with sweet notes and a hint of vanilla. Silky and delicious. Long lasting and persistent.
Pairing: The wine goes well with foie gras, lamb chops, pasta with meat stuffing sharp.
